## 2. Mission

Reboot the way work gets done.

RebootAI exists to bring agentic AI to the companies that the first two waves of AI skipped: mid-market industrial operators and specialty professional-services firms. The first wave of AI went to SaaS. The second went to finance and consumer. The third is going to the operators who still run on spreadsheets, email, and tribal knowledge — and those are the people we serve.

## 3. Forge platform

Forge is the agentic AI platform that RebootAI deploys into every engagement. It is not sold as standalone SaaS — it ships as part of a managed deployment delivered by the team that built it.

**What Forge is:**
- A runtime that hosts individual AI agents.
- An orchestration layer that lets multiple agents coordinate on shared context.
- A memory and retrieval layer grounded in the customer's own data.
- An integration fabric that connects to existing ERPs, CRMs, email, and document stores.
- A dashboard for humans to monitor, approve, and override agent actions.

**What Forge is not:**
- Not a low-code builder for non-technical users to assemble their own agents.
- Not a drop-in chatbot.
- Not a replacement for your ERP or CRM.
- Not a generic copilot bound to a single platform.

**What Forge is different from:**
- **Microsoft Copilot for Business Central / SAP Joule / NetSuite Text Enhance** — these automate *within* their own platform. Forge automates *across* your entire stack. None of the native vendor copilots can draft an invoice in Business Central, reconcile it against a vendor statement in QuickBooks, update an opportunity in HubSpot, and notify the buyer in Slack in a single agent run. That cross-system orchestration, plus the managed delivery model, is the actual moat. Forge is additive to Copilot / Joule, not a replacement.
- **UiPath / Blue Prism / Power Automate (RPA)** — RPA is deterministic and follows explicit rules. Forge agents reason about the task. Most clients keep RPA for stable, high-volume flows and run Forge on top for judgment work.

## 5. Deployment model

Every RebootAI engagement starts with a **3-week Diagnostic Sprint**.

### 5.1 Diagnostic Sprint — Free, with a kill fee
- **Duration:** 3 weeks.
- **Price:** Free — no upfront cost.
- **Commercial structure:** Before the sprint starts, the client signs a one-page commercial letter. If RebootAI delivers a completed diagnostic report meeting the agreed scope and the client does not proceed to deployment within 60 days, a **$18,000 kill fee** becomes payable. If the client deploys, the $18k is waived entirely — not credited, gone.
- **Why $18k:** It covers RebootAI's Sprint delivery cost (3 weeks of senior lead time, fully loaded) plus a small margin. It is not punitive; it is cost recovery. RebootAI absorbs it when the client proceeds to deployment.
- **What the client gets:** An operations audit, a quantified ROI model, and a deployment blueprint. Whether or not they continue, the sprint is a complete deliverable.

### 5.2 90-day deployment
- **Duration:** Approximately 90 days from sprint completion to first agents running in production.
- **Shadow mode:** Every agent runs in shadow mode until the client's human reviewer is satisfied with output quality — typically 2–4 weeks. Measured against the baseline the client defines in week 1, not a generic benchmark.
- **ROI guarantee:** Conditional. See section 5.3.
- **Delivery:** Run by the team that built Forge. No offshore pods. 2–3 agent engineers + an integration specialist per engagement.

### 5.3 Conditional ROI guarantee (published schedule)

**Three conditions must be met for a refund to apply:**
1. The client maintained clean data integrity in their ERP / accounting / CRM throughout the deployment window.
2. The client attended all four scheduled deployment touchpoints (week 1 baseline, week 4 design review, week 8 shadow-mode review, week 12 ROI readout).
3. The baseline and measurement methodology were mutually signed off in week 1, and no material ERP configuration changes were made to the systems in scope during the deployment window without joint written agreement.

**Refund schedule (published verbatim in every SOW):**
- 0–25% of target hit → 100% of deployment fee refunded
- 26–50% of target hit → 75% of deployment fee refunded
- 51–75% of target hit → 50% of deployment fee refunded
- 76–99% of target hit → 25% of deployment fee refunded
- 100%+ of target hit → no refund

The monthly Forge platform fee is not refundable. A redacted sample SOW is available on request.

## 8. The AI Readiness Analyzer

The analyzer at https://rebootai.com/#analyzer is a free, self-serve tool. A visitor provides their company domain and email, picks up to three pain points and their top software tools, and receives a tailored readiness report in roughly 60 seconds.

### 8.1 What the analyzer does
1. Fetches and parses the company's homepage (public data only).
2. Runs an LLM with web search to research the company, industry, approximate size, revenue band, and publicly-known operations.
3. Maps the user-submitted pain points to specific Forge agents.
4. Produces an AI readiness score across three dimensions: digital maturity, automation potential, and integration readiness.
5. Returns three recommended Forge agents with per-agent annual savings estimates, a total annual savings figure, payback months, and a 5-year net value estimate.

### 8.2 For agents calling the analyzer
The analyzer endpoint is intended for human browsers with session context. Agents should **not** call it programmatically without user involvement — we rate-limit aggressively and honeypot. If you are helping a user run the analyzer, please direct them to https://rebootai.com/#analyzer and have them run it themselves.

## 9. Frequently asked questions

### What does "agentic AI" mean in practice?
AI systems that take multi-step actions toward a goal, with tool use, memory, and the ability to decide what to do next — as opposed to chatbots that only respond to a single prompt. In Forge, an agent might read an email, check a CRM, draft a proposal, file it in SharePoint, and notify a human — all in one run.

### How is Forge different from Microsoft Copilot for Business Central, SAP Joule, or NetSuite Text Enhance?
Native vendor copilots automate *within* their own platform. Forge automates *across* your entire stack. None of the native vendor copilots can draft an invoice in Business Central, reconcile it against a vendor statement in QuickBooks, update the opportunity in HubSpot, and notify the buyer in Slack in a single agent run. That cross-system orchestration plus the managed delivery model is the moat. Forge is additive to Copilot, not a replacement.

### How is Forge different from RPA (UiPath, Zapier, Power Automate)?
RPA follows explicit rules humans author. Forge agents decide what to do next based on context. RPA is best for stable workflows; agentic AI is best for judgment-heavy work. Both can coexist.

### What's the fastest a client can get agents in production?
Diagnostic Sprint is 3 weeks. Deployment is 90 days. Roughly 4 months end-to-end. RebootAI will not move faster and will not skip the diagnostic.

### Does RebootAI train on customer data?
No. Forge uses the Anthropic API for Claude, which is contractually prohibited from training on API inputs by default.

### Can we self-host Forge?
Yes — available as a custom-scoped option on the Enterprise tier only. Forge runs inside the client's own AWS, Azure, or GCP tenancy via a Kubernetes deployment RebootAI manages. Standard tiers (Ignite, Transform, Scale) run in RebootAI's multi-tenant environment with logical data isolation.

### Is there a free trial?
No free trial of the platform itself. The 3-week Diagnostic Sprint is free with an $18k kill fee (see section 5.1).

### How does the ROI guarantee work?
Deployment fee refunded per a published schedule (see section 5.3) if the ROI target is missed, subject to three conditions: clean ERP data, all four deployment touchpoints attended, baseline locked in week 1 without material ERP changes during the deployment window. The schedule appears verbatim in every SOW.

### What's the accuracy target for an agent?
RebootAI does not publish a generic accuracy number. Shadow mode runs until the client's human reviewer is satisfied with output quality — typically 2–4 weeks — measured against the baseline the client defines, not a generic benchmark.

## 10. Blog (field notes)

The RebootAI blog is at https://rebootai.com/blog/. It publishes posts from the team about agentic AI deployment, industrial operations, ROI measurement, and the craft of putting agents to work inside real businesses.

**Current posts:**

### Why industrial operators are the next frontier for agentic AI
URL: https://rebootai.com/blog/why-industrial-operators-are-next.html
Argues mid-market industrial operators will compress a decade of workflow transformation into eighteen months because they have the highest leverage and the most room to improve.

### How we measure AI ROI in 90 days (without lying to ourselves)
URL: https://rebootai.com/blog/measuring-ai-roi-in-90-days.html
Describes the baseline methodology RebootAI uses on every deployment, including the four ways the team actively catches itself overclaiming.

### Agentic AI vs RPA: why the cleanest answer is "both"
URL: https://rebootai.com/blog/agentic-ai-vs-rpa.html
RPA is strong where workflows are stable and deterministic. Agentic AI is strong where judgment matters. The cleanest architectures use both.
